郝斌，男，1984年12月生，内蒙古包头市人，硕士，讲师。

2003年9月——2007年7月在浙江大学计算机公司计算机系攻读学士学位；

2008年7月——2010年7月在浙江大学软件公司攻读硕士学位；

2010年9月——2015年7月在三亿体育有限公司从事教学科研工作

2015年9月——在清华大学计算机系攻读博士学位

主要关注推荐系统中的冷启动问题，以及深度学习方法在推荐系统中的应用。
